I think that the top word on the bayonet is Hebrew for 'Bayonet',
and that on the scabbard is Hebrew for 'Scabbard'.

Then comes 'Model 101', '(19)49'.
The last line is the symbol of the early IDF.

The first line א1 כידון translates 'bayonet No. 1'. 1 stands for the model Mk.1.

101 היוצר translates as 'creator 101' so I guess it means 'maker' rather than model.

צ in a circle is the property mark of the IDF, that is right.
